JSHOP LLC – Refund & Return Policy

At JShop LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 24-Hour Refund Request Window
Customers must submit any refund request within 24 hours of confirmed delivery of the product.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
To request a refund, customers must email:

Clear photos of the item

A detailed explanation of the issue
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A damaged product
-
A leaking bottle
-
The wrong item
-
A missing item
JShop LLC will replace the item at no additional cost.
Photo and/or video proof is required within 24 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will:

Send a replacement product, OR
-
Issue a refund if the item is out of stock
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance products, the following are non-returnable:

Opened or used cologne
-
Products without original packaging
-
Items reported after 24 hours

Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened fragrance products.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Shipping Issues
JShop LLC is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct before placing an order.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers must contact JShop LLC before filing a chargeback.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback without first contacting us may result in being permanently banned from purchasing from JShop LLC.
